Hello! With all of the aftermarket accessories available for the Toyota Tacoma, I've created this thread to see what kind of products improve your Tacoma experience. Specifically, are there any products that could be improved upon or any that have not been produced?

A supercharger, a V8...but seriously? I don't know, more than 1 inch of telescopic steering wheel movement? How about some vertical seat adjustment? Oh and maybe distribute the weight better so we don't all get Tacoma lean. Honestly Toyota some of this stuff is really basic.

The telescopic wheel could be better for sure.

I don't weigh enough to make the truck lean haha

Better seats in the front for some reason they remind me of my Grandma,s living room furniture from 1939 that I inherited

Better stereo on the "premium" TRD Off Road (and I'd assume Sport) trims. My moms 2019 Honda Passport has a subwoofer stock lmao.

For sure! I'm just curious as to what item(s) would improve the satisfaction of buyers. I've noticed that Toyota hasn't updated the 3rd gen's very much from the 2nd gen's. They still sell with Halogen headlamps... until 2020 at least.

21st century navigation, and a sound system that would at least rival an '88 Yugo.

    That's about it.

Move that damn cab mount so we all don't have to take a grinder and welder to the truck for some 33" tires to fit with SCS wheels.

Oh, and the rear camera needs to be brought into the 21st century. Damn thing is the equivalent of a standard definition tube television these days. My $14 Amazon camera blows it out of the water.

I’ve noticed this as well. The camera quality of the reverse camera is subpar at best. Did you upgrade the rear camera or install a front mounted one?

I didn't upgrade it but the Camera on my 2014 Camry is leaps and bounds better than the Tacoma. My Acura TLX could record an HD movie with the backup camera. Apples to oranges, I know. I don't expect luxury car features on a Tacoma but my $14 front camera from Amazon is way better than my factory reverse camera. I'm nitpicking, sure, but I'm also sure Toyota charged me more than $14 for the backup camera on the Taco lol.
