I here this crackling noise when ONLY turning left. I have checked everything and can't pinpoint where its coming from.

Did you get an alignment recently? Check torque on lower arm bolts. Should be 132 ftlb front, 135 ftlb back.

Sounds like a cv axle on the driver side... is the boot torn, cracked, or fins rubbing together?

What size tires are you running? You said you just got an alignment which may have tweaked it just enough to where you’re rubbing now. Check for wear marks on the plastic both front and rear of the wheel well.

Same noise before and after alignment?
Have you personally checked torque on the LCA?

Ouch on the CV angles, I'd guess a CV is toast and has chewed itself up.

I asked about alignment because shops can be notorious for not torquing lower arm cam bolts properly, and it will cause a ticking sort of noise.

I don't hear anything in the video. Not sure what you're referring to.

Like others said though, the angle of that CV joint is awful from the lift. Look at the CV boot about 3 seconds into the video. Yikes!

If it’s the driver side cv why does it only make the noise when turning left and only for a sec. no sound when turning right it doesn’t continue making if I am doing a 360 degree left turn.

That's probably where it's under the most stress, which is bad and that angle needs corrected.

At 0:07, it looks like your front frame is bending.

Tried running without the sway bar?

Need a diff drop or lower the height of the vehicle...the cv boot will tear in the coming months guaranteed.

Everything was fine until I changed the king coil from 550lbs to 700 lbs. same length spring and didn’t raise the height. Maybe the springs need to settle in
