    Oh... 550 isn’t terrible.
I was tempted to buy it. I bought his RTT instead.

Isn’t that what @Shellshock has. Isn’t the ARB ventilated good?

Can confirm. Permethrin is the real deal. I've seen ticks shrivel up, die, and fall off my pants in the middle of crawling up me. As far as mosquitoes go I've never had a problem with whatever I choose to use but Picaridin is some pretty nice stuff. When you go from a literal swarm of mosquitoes around you to nothing bothering you, I'd say it works.

The big awning on the Kimberley is made to allow an Oz tent to connect on each end.

 Like @Tigerian said! Permethrin is the real deal. My uniforms come pre-treated with it, I just have to periodically reapply some during the summer months when I go to the field and range.

We used to get Deet. That stuff was amazing, you could squirt a ring around you before you went to sleep and in the morning god wake up and the grass where it was would have turned brown and no insects would cross.

On the other hand, fairly certain that there are dudes heading to the VA because of the side effects.

@Shellshock how did you Crashpad swag workout for you. I saw @Tacomania ’s set up, and thought it was a good solution. He has the ARB single on a cot, but was wondering how the double worked out for you as well.

Back in the day we would use the truck door sills to prop our feet on to spray our pants down with that 100% deet. After a couple months there wasnt much left of the plastic in the door sill from over spray :anonymous:

I'm with everyone else. We use permethrin religiously in surveying. Those little seed ticks dont stand a chance. They just die and fall off. The deer ticks are getting used to it tho. o_O
