Whats everyone’s favorite floor mats? Ones that still work with the stock hooks up front. Id prefer something that’s rubber and durable but still flexible. I hate the ones that end up peeling up on the outside from your feet catching on them when getting in and out.

You'll get a lot of people telling you to buy weather techs. Personally for me, they looked terrible after a couple months. The design locks in dirt and they don't come clean. They protect the floor, but they look awful doing it.

I have the OEM rubber ones, they still look good a year and a half later, but I'm not sure about their long term durability.

Rubber or carpet? I have the embroidered carpet ones and I can tell they’re gonna get messed up during deer season.

Rubber. I posted a thread about them a while back. I'll try to find a link for you.

    OEM.

Also, regardless of your manufacturer choice, Armor All light gloss tire shine works great to clean an all-weather mat. Remove from truck first of course.

OEM all weather ones have a great fit and feel. And I like the little channels that actually hold water, ice and dirt. Also looked at Husky, which seem to be the exact same as the OEM. Weathertechs are harder plastic, which may be more durable long term maybe? But I don’t like the feel. Plus, they turn up on the sides and slide around too much.

Yeah, I had a set of Weathertechs in my Gen2 and they were as you describe. Stiff and ends turning up. I thought all of the rubber ones where that way as Weathertech had be touted as the be-all, end-all of rubber mats. Not so much but I was pleasantly surprised with the Huskys.

I have the Husky liners in my Tacoma and the wife’s 4Runner. They fit great and hold up well. I decided on Husky because of the complaints about WeatherTech liners rolling up on the edges. Haven’t had that problem at all with the Husky liners. Best price I found was on ebay and they shipped directly from Husky.

Just an aside, Chem Guys Mat Renew Floor mat cleaner & protectant is a pretty good product to keep your mats soft subtle and black. I tired 303 but didn't like the slippery feel. Not so with the Chem Guys stuff.

Thanks guys, looks like I’m either getting husky or the oem’s. Thanks for the cleaning products too.
