Hell no one can drive through roundabouts. I’m in Wisconsin and people use them like four way stops.

Been living with the radio for two years after getting the truck when my dad died... This winter the fam and I will be doing a lot of traveling in the truck, so I needed to add Bluetooth to the mix. After a lot of research and the desire to keep things looking stock, I picked up the GTA Car kit for my Rosie. Very straightforward install with everything being plug and play. Didn’t want to just tuck the receiver anywhere, so I used some industrial Velcro and mounted it to the underside of the dash, right above the stereo. Will see how it works in the California heat. Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.
This is what I ended up with.

Had major rub on front side of uca. 1.25” spacers and now I get a little on front of fender at flex.

Actually bought it from another TW member a while back, and it's just been sitting on the shelf in the garage for a while. Wife took the kids to her friend's house, so finally have some ME time to do stuff.

Not sure where the TW member I bought it from got it though. Sorry.

Got my project for today, yesterday. Big red box. Spider Headlight. Unpacked them and inspected for flaws and proper sealing, all looks good now if it doesn’t get to hot. Install guide is absolute crap, has nothing to do with the lights I got. Looking at the lights and some YouTube figured it out. Looks like the side marker are not used as the plug is used for the LED light bar DRL. May do some research and see how I can change it and splice into the OEM DRL circuit using the Wiring in the OEM harness at the lights.

I measured 2" in the front and 1" in the rear. I removed the OEM overload spring, I'm undecided if I should have left it on, because I really don't have any rake now. Maybe the coils will settle a little. Plus I gained 1" from the tires.

They are the square main tube version of the 4x Innovations Sliders so the legs actually come pre-cut at that angle. It sits perfect.

Gotta vent here for a minute!:argue:

Just got my tires rotated and balanced yesterday at Discount Tire. When the tech pulls my truck around he says “I have to tell you we dropped one of your wheels off the balancer. We did not have it properly secured and it came off. It got the inside of the wheel pretty good but you can’t see it once it’s mounted and it still balanced okay. It’s no big deal but I have to tell you.”

I also made a point to tell them that the last two times they rotated my tires they scratched the wheels just being careless. The guy was like,”Okay, I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again today.” Well guess what! More scratches and it’s not just around the lug-nut area. Just random dents, nicks and scratches. I don’t want to be picky but also don’t want to keep getting more and more messed up every time I rotate the tires.

Long story short they were bad enough that I am getting two new wheels. They made a note on my account to have the wheels done by hand only from now on. No more reckless air impact crap.

    Rant over...

They messed up my center caps when they prayed them of instead of removing them from the back side of the wheel. They paid for 4 new center caps. I didn't notice any scratches around the lug nuts until I washed they wheels, they are hardly noticable on my matte gray wheels. I'm thinking about putting painters tape around the lug nut area just so it won't make it worse.

That sucks man. Glad they replaced the center caps for you. All I want is for this to not happen again. May have to try a different location next time. I hadn’t thought of the painters tape trick. That may be a good simple solution. Thanks man.

Stop using them. Doesn't your mechanic do that? I had my mech do it after I refinished my wheels. They also do not use air tools, just torque sticks, as per my request.
