375 bicep reps and 375 triceps reps for me. Worked out with a buddy from work and he just about killed me.

Foam rolling with a good hot tub session does it for me.

Unfortunately I don't have either of those haha. Been meaning to get a foam roller. My brother in law swears by them.

My gym has a hot tub and I use that. I wish I had one at home... but then again I don’t because they are expensive AF to run. I used to have one.

Foam rollers will save your life. Use them before you start leg day and after, pretty much reduces DOMS by 90%.

I’ll say it for the hundreth time, stretching, foam rolling, and yoga will make you invincible.

Bouncing between 199 and 201! Hunger grows by the day. 12 minutes of cardio a day now lol. My intensity in the gym is what really burns the calories though. I feel so damn good right now. Found perfect mixture of preworkout too for myself. 2 skewpz of mega pre and 1 skewp ape shit from Primeval Labs

I stretch all the time and do yoga every now and then with my wife. It's a surprisingly good core workout. I will reserve judgment for the foam rolling though. I ordered one off of Amazon so I will report back.

ETA: and even though I stretch, I remain extremely inflexible haha. Although, becoming more flexible isn't one of my goals.

In order to improve flexibility you have to stretch about 4-6 times a day. Its really a PITA. I hate working on flexibility for PT.

Doing it every day or every few days really helps with relaxing muscles and recovery.

    Vans, preferably high top.

FUCK CONVERSE!!! They are made so poorly now. Last pair I had broke in 4 weeks, and I have a desk job. The bottom of the sole peeled right off at the toe and Converse told me to get lost.

I'm a freestyler and Vans have never failed me, much better grip on the pedals.

True but you don't have the possibility of needing to put your foot down quickly there.

I've worn them since I was about 9 years old. The best thing for biking, though I don't usually ride mountain bikes. Freestyle/dirt jumping and raced in my younger years.

I’m with you. Converse will always be trash but some people wear em so I had to entertain the idea of bad taste

Never worn converse. Always hated them. Looked weird wearing them lol. I’m a vans guy. Had a brief stint with Nike. Had my favorite shoe I wore for like 4 years and it finally hit the dust and I switched back to vans

Lmao a man of good taste! Yea I’ve been wearing vans for probably 12+ years now. Just could never get over the clown shoe look of converse.

Always been a Converse and Vans person in general, but no longer after that experience. Riding though, gotta be Vans.
