1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

This is true, forgot about that one. makes short work of 5/8 , not as clean as the saw though. I had a Powermax 65 for a while but rarely used it. Sold it to my buddy with a welding shop. He rarely uses it and I have access to it whenever I want. I'm getting so lazy when I need something welded I just take it to his shop and have his welders do it. Welds are much nicer from someone who does it EVERY day.

 

Our bandsaw is broke at work so i've been using a portaband for everything lately. Like you said, cut twice on the big stuff. No table as most stuff I make at work is on a larger scale. Only hate doing 45 degree cuts with it as the blade grabs if you arent man handling it well enough.

 

What ever bearing that chrips in neutral now does it in any gear. How worried should i be

 

Throw out bearing? Go away with clutch in?

 

I’ll give ya $2500 for the truck. Needs surgery

 

Yeah when i push in the clutch it goes away

 

Still gtg. When it chirps with the clutch in youve got problems lol.

 

But it goes it while in gear now

 

I can hear the one in my dads 08 chirping away while cruising in 6th. No problems.

I can only really hear it while the windows are down or if Im driving next to a wall. Transmission shop said not to worry about it until it chirps with the clutch in. Apparently it will become very difficult to put it in gear around the same time so Ive heard.

 

@Running Man any known issues with recent frontiers?
