Army related? You need to file a claim with VA if so. If it’s device connected you should not be paying anything.

Also if service connected, you can get free counseling at the VA centers which are different then the actual VA clinic.

I get it. I did 20 years all by choice. Don’t avoid benefits you earned though. I won’t go more into it, I don’t doubt you have your reasons.

Screw that, pay them $50 a month and after a couple of years they will probably dismiss it. It’s a damn shame you work your whole life and they treat you like this. Over charged services and people cheating the system is why we have to go through this. Good luck.
