You should cut out the bad and weld in the new, much cheaper.
Unless you are going to upgrade.

Finally have the Taco coming together. Just got her back with a 3 inch lift and threw some air lift bags in the rear for weight and towing. Love the Method and grapplers as they tie the whole thing together!

I applied some wrap to my grill and it went okay but was not easy at all. Compound curves got the best of me so I ended up taking some shortcuts and not doing as much as I wanted. But it looks okay.
I wrapped my taillights and 3rd brake light and again the flat areas went well, as well as simple curves but it did not come out as well as I had hoped.
Also did the black trim on the B pillars in gloss black to match better with my windows. This was my most successful wrap job, but even that isn't perfect and it's a small and flat area.
Those three applications were done dry with a heat gun according to instructions.
I tried doing a clear PPF on the top 6" of my tailgate and it was a total fail, this was a wet application or Xpel PPF and I was left with air and water bubbles and I removed it.
I am my no means a pro and it shows but I thought I would do better. I do not think doing a whole car is something the average person could do successfully. I would not even try outside of maybe, and I mean maybe wrapping my roof. It just takes a lot of skill and a huge learning curve.

Here are some pics of my grill attempt, areas that i failed and the final product

I have concerns regarding how you have the pitchfork and rake hung on the rack.
