How do they exactly color match when the truck is not in their hand, pictures wont get exact match? And how long is the coupon code good for? I want to dip in this pool but need some time to save up for it.

How does ReveMoto paint match panels if they don’t have the car?

Most body shops will say that a painted panel cannot be color matched without the car present and, or, without blending the paint. This is not entirely true.

Our paint line is formulated to match the mixture from the original formula the manufacturer painted the vehicle. What we do is choose the variant or create a special formula to mimic the color fading that the vehicle would experience depending on age of vehicle. This means we do NOT paint your perfectly good adjacent panels; we don’t charge extra for labor and we don’t keep your car for days or weeks.

These are only ISO 9001 certified at this time. But we do guarantee the fitment on all our painted parts. If you have any issues, just let us know!

 

Pics of one installed?

 

You got me wondering about this and if I should be worried about it also.

This morning I called my State Farm agent and the local Collision Center in town. Both had told me that my trucks hood is not an impact significant part. That either would most likely be ruined in a crash over 20+ mph. And that there is no crash sensors or radars on the hood that would effect airbags or engine lights.

The Collision Center mentioned that a non CAPA certified hood may not sit or fit as perfectly BUT ReveMoto guarantees that theirs will fit the same as OEM so I guess would come down to research, reviews and trust in ReveMoto if you were getting a good quality product or not.

I don't have a long history dealing with ReveMoto but they have been transparent and quick in responding to all my questions. I basically worked out deal with them for us on TW to get that sport hood look, complete in one package, at a great discount price.

 

OEM w/ all parts and painted should be around the same price. But if you want sooner, I think Revemoto way to go, I’ll wait for some reviews before jumping in, i guess

Toyota has used it for a while on the Camry and ReveMoto has that option for Camry parts on their website. Definitely need to double check with @ReveMoto

How easy is the install on this hood?

 

Is it shipped in a wooden frame crate or cardboard box? I want to do this, but I’ve had received some murdered boxes in the past. One was in a metal framed crate that housed my sons unbranded jr quad. It’s was sad.
