it's real easy with a passenger car
    but what about Tacoma's?

passenger cars have a lower center of gravity and smaller tires,
as small as 235mm section wide

vs high ground clearance Tacoma (good for off-roading)
    and like 265+ size tires

How does one do this? Looks like pulling the hand brake by watching the video...

Not that I’m going to try it. Reminds of when I rolled my 2nd gen 4Runner doing donuts in a train yard when I was about 23. Still miss that truck. :sadviolin:

What's half of a "J" turn called? I did one of those accidentally when turning onto an interstate entrance ramp a while back. I was on my brakes, the pavement was wet and there was a bit of a hump that unloaded the back tires as I started the turn and the ramp was downhill. My truck is the short bed double cab, stock height with 265/75-16's. It got a little exciting for a few seconds, I was completely sideways, doing about 30 mph. Instead of recognizing my opportunity to practice the full "J" and turning away from the skid, I thought more of my well-being (wife was in the front passenger seat and would have beat the shit out of me), I turned into the skid and got straightened up. I was pretty impressed with the lack of body roll, but I think if the rear tires had hooked up while sideways, it would have been …..different.

I gotta learn to quit trying to drive the Taco like my Miata.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Works fine, plenty of weight in front to swing. Just don't do it too fast, hard to correct if you go too far
