Finally hit the road (04B31) and I am impressed. I was one of the lucky "pre-beta beta" testers for Mat due to my issue with brake override malfunctions. On the first of 2 pulls the engine did break up a bit but not until about 6400 revs and then I was at about 70 mph and had to get out of it. Second pull was solid. Reset both LV and AT. The 3rd to 4th shift is better for sure but still happens a bit early but can be easily modulated with throttle pressure. And the learning process needs to happen for me and ECU. I'd say nearly perfect! 13.5 mpg's on the test run and pulls to the store and 23mpg on the way home driving a bit more like Elmer Fudd. Sweet job Sir Mathew! Y'all must abide...:D

Drives quite nice throughout the rev range and the transmissions responds very well to throttle inputs. I tested with the ECT off as always it the updated 2.0 took took care of the rest. I must say that this transformed and feels like im actually in a V6. If you are still undecided well, you're missing out. Good job OVTune/Mat!

Was this in gearlock or something? Or is this the set rpms for the new 2.0 OLE?

Had a brake error this morning after successful 04B04 2.0 Base flash. Could not turn ignition on without pressing brake and starting motor. Did this one time and was normal again after starting the motor.

I was reluctant to update from the first beta to the second beta, but so glad I did! Predictable tip-in, 3rd gear is actually used before shifting to 4th, smooth shifting, and it feels like it has more torque. I will get some more mileage on it today and will see how it settles in. I have learned to not be critical of the tune until it has had several tanks to settle in.

04B04 - installed latest 2.0 tune with no issues. Did a few full throttle pulls this morning then drove it for about 20 miles. All good here. Thanks OV.

For feedback we are interested in hearing from you about:
    - overall response / tip in
    - response and part throttle acceleration "getting up to speed"
    - 2nd to 3rd shift, light throttle
    - 3rd to 4th shift, light throttle
-effectiveness of current changes to use of 5th,6th, highway driving
    - experience of trucks with heavy weight

If you are getting high rpm hesitation, the base ignition point the ecu starts from May be slightly too aggresive for 87, so if you plan to only use 87 these files may not work for you. (They are beta).

Good to hear. I felt as if the first beta had the early shift from 3 to 4 as well.

I was in etc mode with the pedal pinned to the floor that entire time. I did it again with etc off and it shifted I think just after 6k rpm. Both in D mode and on the 2.0 tune that dropped yesterday.
