if you repeat at the 47 sec mark and repeat it over and over, seems to coincide with the body & frame wiggle if you look at the king reservoir and front body mount area.....maybe it has something not related to suspension at all with adding the heavy springs and creating more chassis movement?? just throwing ideas out there for you bud.....

Could be the uca, sway bar or the rack making that noise. Sounds like metal on metal clanking.

Those are the three things I see bouncing around in the vid that are possibly making the noise. Could be as you point it out the new spring could be putting excess pressure causing the issue as well.

going from 550 to 700 springs will be ALOT more stress....I'm full steel skids, sliders, plate bumpers, BF HCR, winch etc and I have 650's on the side ready to swap in when I'm free one weekend to see if it makes my ride less harsh than 700 i currently have...

    list is growing fast
Look at the body mount or radiator mount or whatever it is at the top of the video. Sound Seems to be related to the frame flex.

sorry, still watching this over and over again at the .47 sec. mark...i wonder if its actually the body mount bolts area? gopro is loud where its mounted, gopro can't hear as well at suspension points if you know what i mean.....maybe move gopro to where people do CMC and do again?

Check body mounts up front. They tear easy and you're on stiffer springs.

Vote for body mounts as well, there's a whole thread with people who had failed front body mounts basically from factory.

First off, you were correct and thanks to everyone else for all the help. Had nothing to do with suspension, body mounts or any other mount. It was the fender moving and hitting the Demello Bumper and the end. I trimmed a little and nothing. Not even a peep.
