basically stock toyota hangers flex and strain. they are essentially a weak link in suspension and energy loss. archive has a fantastic solution and I'm sold on it. truck is way more sturdy and planted with this. my suspension is far better even with crap shocks. these are highly recommended.

I'm only promoting this to help others. this has drastically changed my ride. highly suggest doing this. even for non s/c brethren. seriously a quality item. if we get some guys on board savings can be had.

Yeah, mine was getting hit my axle when it was articulating offroad, it rubbed the stock spare tire when I had it, and it was also extremely close to the stock hangers and would rub sometimes. Something was def wrong, could have been from my install if I am being completely honest. I kind of rushed it as day light was running short, and some frustrating parts from removing my stock exhaust. At the end of the day I may just get one of these KEG mufflers everyone is talking about. But I do love the way my banks sounds, even if it is a tad loud now.

I've been wanting these since they came out but I have not justified doing all the work required to replace them. Even though it will change the way the rear rides I just need the motivation now. Hahaha.

10-15 miles. i can get to work on JBLM in 30 mins but takes 40mins to an hour to get home. i know its not as bad as what you have to do but still kinda sucks. Yelm is just on the wrong side of the base compared to everything else. good thing is we pretty much have everything thats needed minus lowes/home depot.

and it really shouldnt take that long to get anywhere. the traffic just sucks coming into yelm since there are only 2 ways to get into it for the most part. speed limit is low and everyone doesnt seem to know how to get up to the speedlimit to start with

Take a visit to @Shmellmopwho he will knock them out in a couple of hours. He is a pro at knocking them out, made it look like a walk in the park.

    edit:
yikes that may be too far of a drive for you.

Very cool. They are on my list for later anyway but if I can get a great deal now they can sit on the shelf until I’m ready for them. Archive builds awesome stuff.

My usual time to travel that distance is a little over an hour after 7 pm. I deliberately wait till this time so I don’t sit in 2.5+ hours of brain numbing receding hairline inducing traffic.
