Yep, metal detectors are really the only things that deter me. I’d rather live.

I don’t know anyone who does, I’ve only reloaded 357 Mag so far, once we get the shed set up at the new house I’m going to make some tile to reload 6.8, .40, and 9mm. I also have some .308 bullets that look beautiful but no optic on my .308 until my cousin decides to take it off of his 6.5 creed Moore.
I think I also have a bunch of .223 bullets and casings.

Take it slow and easy, work a ladder charge like you would any other caliber, make sure your crimp is tight enough that the bullets don’t move under recoil.

    That’s about all I have.

That's probably some of the best reloading advise you can give too. From what I've read (I dont have the boxes) they are plated rounds which tend to be low to mid range FMJ data or higher lead data.

Edit: this is internet data which I need to verify with my manual when I get home

If you have good internet check the websites for Lee as well as your powder manufacturer, they both should have data free to access online and I can’t think of it off the top of my head but there’s another company who has complete loading manuals for free on their website.

    They are very different haha
Lee is OAL 1.2" max of 5.3gr min of 4.3
Speer is oal 1.24" max of 5.6gr min 5.1
hornady OAL 1.275 max of 5.8 min 5.2 for 230 gr TMJ RN (Which speer lists this bullet as a tmj)

I was hoping for a OAL of 1.26 data set

Not in handguns, but my g-pa was teaching me how to reload my .308s. I’ve only done a box.

I saved a lot of 10mm brass cause I’d love to get into making custom loads for it.

We do have black bear lol. But more often it’s gators and hogs to worry about.

I also wanna take a deer with it. It’s a powerful round.

Everybody keeps putting up against the 357 and such for bear defense. Definitely a hard hitting round
