Maybe your grille guard is also causing it to sag in the front?... I'm not sure I'm not an expert on that part, but I just want to throw it out there as an FYI. Also, does it rub on both sides when you turn?

But I run 16x8 with 0 offset on 265/75/16 BFG KO2's. It doesnt rub at all once I took off my mudflaps. And I'm on stock suspension. I don't know if you have an aggressive offset, but that could be the problem as well.

I didn’t know about the extra weight in the front. That CAN be a factor but the alignment is always a solid place to start. I went through this driving me crazy after all the money I spent on lift , tires , rims but now I drive it comfortably. But I take it easy whenever I drive and turn onto a banked drive way or something. What I mean is I’m not TRYING to make it rub by dumping into uneven areas trying getting full compression while tires are full cocked. Remember bro don’t go to dealership because the equipment auto sets the numbers when they enter your vehicle info. Stock settings for me no longer apply. Good luck. Keep us posted

Thanks for the help and thoughts! Yea,,the brush guard is heavy but mounts onto frame only. My 16x8s have negative 6 offset. My rub sounds like yours, just hits area of plastic where it bolts to fender,,.that area sticks out a little farther than the rest.

I think you’re right on! Mine is the same issue and I’ll turn in easy too and live with it. Brush guard is heavy but bolted only to frame. Thanx man!

Exactly! It’s totally livable with a very very minor very brief rub. Like a small burp. And it’s not every time. As a matter of fact the alignment shop couldn’t duplicate it. That works for me. Way better than cutting and trimming

Crazy cool. Eating out of your hand. So you got a beautiful truck and live in a beautiful piece of the world. Congrats bro. If I lived there and wanted to unwind. Feed my friends and look at my freshly washed truck will do just fine. Where do you reside if you don’t mind sharing. At least what state. I can show you a bunch of homeless, hookers, and drug addicts but ... that’s not exactly unwinding
