Like a ton on you, my hood flutters going down the road. when the truck is dirty, not so bad. Clean, that bastard flickers light in my face like a strobe. (it’s just the way light hits it coming home from work)

so i saw some threads about fixes
, and i saw one poster used silicone with good results. So i had the idea of using silicone used for a wood stove. it’s red, so it sorta blends with my hood. but- it’s rated for 500 degree constant heat. (if it got that hot under the hood my shits on fire)
it bonded awesome, no more flutter. rock solid.
    got it at lowe’s.

Fill the engine compartment with Great Stuff. Stop all the vibrations, all the annoying engine rattling, all at once.

(Don't actually do that, and it's hilarious that a disclaimer like this is necessary.)
