    It'll be sold by then...trying to get out of this house in the next 2-3 years max. It just doesn't work for us and we are trying to add a second child and there is literally no where to put them.

    Maybe...the area we really want to be in is much more expensive. The median home price is $400k+ :( Sadly, we cannot afford until some vehicles and other debts are paid off.
