Guess Im in the cool club now

Slowly buying some basic gear. Also got a few shackles and a receiver that slides into the hitch. Next is a air compressor

 

you got in the cool club when you got the BRM...

 

Must have 3" lift, sliders, roof top tent and e rated ko2 bros on sema wheels to be in the cool club. Im sorry

 

I do want some sliders bad....but an 800 dollar purchase will have to wait. And I was one of those guys who bought SL rated tires haha

 

Funny thing is i got e rated tires, because i didnt know any better a year ago. ( thanks to TW)

The dealer installed them without asking me anything. I would think they should have known that e rated are way too heavy for taco and the only advantage when doing extreme off roading at low psi.

Rides a bit stiff, great on highways tho

Cant wait to get my c rated.

 

I had no idea about different ratings before TW as well. I'm so glad I didn't end up w those heavy ass tires.

 

My sliders paid for themselves within a week - didn’t notice a boulder and bonsai’d it at 15mph or so - bent the slider up a quarter inch, would have /demolished/ the rockers.

But i go hard

 

I think im gonna do sliders and skids and pretty much be done. I wont be dumping 10k into this vehicle on aftermarket goodies. I wont be going too hard w this truck, just enough to hit some ok trails, snow, and sand.
