    I'm sure it will. I'm not sure what it was for (I think maybe a 1st gen) but on my 2nd gen short bed there's plenty of clearance for the wheel wells because of the way the bottom of the box steps in. You can see in the photo it doesn't come all the way to the outside of the bedrails on mine. I'll get a measurement tonight and report back. It has the slots built in so mounting it with a pair of these should be super easy.
