My friend's dad owns 75 acres out there by Del Rio he uses it for hunting land just a small cabin and 2 blinds on it no electricity no water it takes 30 mins off the main road to get to the cabin and another hour on a 4 wheeler to get to the blinds you cant drive to the blinds cause there in a canyon if it rains you can't even get to the cabin without 4wd and super swampers

 

We own 300 acres in the family. A dedicated overlander could make an entire Netflix series
