Until any of the options become ready for purchase the same day without waiting many weeks, everyone is a tire kicker.

I, for one, welcome people opinions, negative included. I'm in the market. I haven't decided. I'm leaning towards the less expensive options for personal reasons so I welcome hearing ALL of the positive and negative feedback so I can use that to do my own cost-benefit analysis on my future HUGE financial decision.

The constant bickering because people don't want to hear negative things is getting annoying though. FYI - this is how you mute people:

Why not do your post in the Wedge Camper and Assorted Oddities thread?

    Time to unsub again.

Lots of whiney bitches who don't own - and don't have any intention of owning - telling everyone 'how it is'.

Bunch of internet dipshits - but I guess that's what forums are all about. :)

    Ciao again.

    This is laughably hypocritical.

Burying your head in the sand? There's been plenty here, myself included, willing to post about our issues. I do this for transparency, and hopes it will help GFC improve their product. While doing so, you and all the Nor Cal vagabond fanboy crew are pretty quick to talk shit, create a hostile environment, and provide zero value to GFC or their customers.

Looks like the GFC guys are actively responding to customers over on their new forum. It's too bad they got driven away from here by all the blowhards stirring the pot.

 And you say you were a potential customer? Sure dude. Talking shit since day one.

I encourage those that want to discuss all things GFC to go to the new website forum that gfc created. There are actual topics created which make discussing issues much easier to follow then the format here where people just randomly talk about different shit. If you don't follow this thread regularly there's so much BS to dig through in order to get the smallest amount of usable information. Many of the people and GFC owners that are posting here are also posting there. I would urge them to abandon this thread.

@rtacowma and @ScenicCityOverland, here is a photo of the pocket. I didn't get to it until after dark so I apologize for the quality. Unit #297, I think just a couple weeks behind you @ScenicCityOverland.

Does that rear fabric panel unsnap and remove easily? If so adding a pocket would not be hard at all. I could do that for you.

I know a few of you have cut your prinsu rack. I have a little time until I pick up my GFC (#523) but debating on getting rid of the prinsu or cutting. If I cut, how much should I cut off? Anyone have a length the overhang extends over the cab of a DCSB?

Just camped out in the high Sierra's or the first time in my GFC and the portable Mr Buddy Heater did the job for my lady. I warmed up the camper before bed and then again in the morning while serving her coffee..she loved it....awning is on order!

I think someone shared a pic of the tailgate, but I thought this might still be of interest...mPxUj6TOlZeaNbB_olcl3H4NbHouGbaxVL6tJA0w_adc3db8e444e429d3c73037961bf7ce6b84c6382.jpg

Obviously it's not a GFC, but I can't imagine the GFC is more squared off than the Drifter. Happy to take some measurements as well if it'd be useful.

Looks like a great setup with plenty of space. Makes me think a swing away is going to be the way to go. Thanks for posting!

I'll get some pic's uploaded and I've ordered the ARB2500.

As for the question around condensation, we had a little on the translucent roof but not enough to drip. I am #261, so I have new tent fabric and dual doors.
