Awesome! Could you possibly post a photo of the exhaust side, just so I can get an idea of how much clearance you have between the hanger, leaf and exhaust? Thanks.

There's actually more clearance to the Hammer hangers, it's the leaf springs when the shackle gets near horizontal

Yummy. Is it just the hangers that are included? I didn’t notice in the thread. Hehe... I’ve finally decided that spring under is the way to go for my build, Eric. Pending the spring options that I'll need to discuss with you. I've got hydro bumps on order, so that just leaves the SUA conversion.

On everything in the 2005-2019 suspension parts category (not springs)

Uhhh. Guys. So I’ve been working all day on getting these installed. I was using a u joint press on the bottom rivets driver side then this happened.

Am I fucked ? How can I fixed this? Lol. Seems that the cross frame washer buckled upward instead of the rivet popping out. See picture

    Update:

Managed to use use some wood clamps to hold it down while I drilled through. I think it’ll work

So honest question, would it be possible to install one side only and leave the other hanger stock? This is taking far longer than expected and I’d like to not have to take off work tomorrow with my truck half apart. My daily commute is only like 3 miles. Would it be okay to drive if I just re install the stock shackle bolt on the passenger side?

If you haven't damaged the stock hanger you can just bolt it back on. I wouldn't run half/half as that may cause alignment issues.

Too late for that, one side just came off and it’s fairly mangled up. I’m just going to get this side buttoned up and make the wife drive me to work this till I can get back to it Saturday, more prepared lol

So, if anyone wants a lesson on how not to install hammer hangers hit me up i got you.

I finally got one side bolted up but realized that I should've replace the stock bushing with the new poly bushing first because now I can't access the inboard side to replace it without unbolting the hanger. Oh well.

So I got the truck put together with 1 side done and I'm noticing the truck now has a lean to it. The side with the hammer hanger installed is sitting noticably lower than the stock side. Is this normal?

Being the side with Hh is lower, it probably is just from jacking up the vehicle and hasn't gone back to static height, usually there is a bit of lift from Hh.
I recommend putting both on, and save assessments for later

It was jacked up about 10 hrs and slightly un-evenly so maybe itll even out over the next few days. It'll be saturday before I can get back to it. I will withhold any further concern until after that time and will follow up.

    Thanks for the response

For my needs it rides ok and is stiffer than it's stock. It's actually a progressive 3 leaf
