Welcome to TW! If you plan to keep your vehicle for a long time, it is well worth the cost. After you've racked up 150,000 trouble free miles, you'll still have the comfort of knowing you could drive another 150,000 trouble free miles.

That's a good point but living in western PA the winter months will take some life from any truck. I'm just not sure if the payload on a mid size will do once I get into building a house and hauling everything needed. I was looking at a few 04-06 GMC crew cab's with a durmax for about the same price as a Tacoma but I just have a thing for the Tacoma.

Well I went to the dealer and got a number on a 2009 Double cab with a 6ft bed and the SR5 package. It was that new slate gray and man that's a nice color. The best they could do was 30,344 otd. That's with 6% tax. I expected to get them down but that's the BEST they could do. Soo... I'll be keeping the Nismo Frontier for now and doing some more research.

I had A Nissan Frontier. I traded it in on my tacoma and I have never looked back. You will not regret it if you happen to do it. One thing I have noticed you cant talk Toyota Dealers Down Much, And its because They know that someone out there will pay the price that theyre asking for them. Toyotas Are Built To Last Forever!!!!! Mine Stickered at 29K and I got it for 25K OTD
