It sounds good on paper, but it just doesn't work out well in real life. They look quite hideous in stock form. Leveled/lifted/customized they begin to look a little more desirable.

They do have the Tacoma beat in rear legroom.

I think it looks amazing, its all persobal opinion it looks like a utility vehicule and some really like the look, plus the pic is if the least equipped one, kinde of like a 2wd access cab tacona is real ugly too when its stock. the rubicon has 2 locking diffs, sway bar disconnects, removable roof and doors and it has a box, plys looks good with a lift and bigger tires. Perfect family vehicule for those who like adventure and sat in one the 4 door is roomier in the back then the tacoma

I was excited about it when the news came out that Jeep was going to offer a truck. In the back of my mind I was thinking this may replace my Tacoma. Saw some of the previews and still was interested. Then the release ... way to expensive and in my mind not very attractive. I like white vehicles and was hoping to see one, well saw one today and it did not make it look any better. It just looks like a Wrangler with an extension. Again, the price is astronomical.
Hate to say it but I'd rather have a Hummer.
And would definitely choose this over the new Ford Ranger.

If there was a Jeep truck with a six or seven foot bed and suicide rather than full doors at the back of the cab I might be interested. I'll pas on what is currently being offered.

I have seen 2 on the road, a red one with stock wheels didn't look good, and a black renegade with aftermarket wheels and i believe 37's and it looked just ok until it turned and I saw the bed.

I was excited when all the talk and then the first pics ...I was like no more taco getting a renegade....but when I saw it in person I didn’t like it and I have a 4 door wrangler that I love .....but then 63k for a loaded rubicon renegade I said no way I’ll like it

Waiting on new taco now off-road DCLB cement for less than 40k no brained and Toyota is a much better truck anyway.

Glad Jeep is trying we always need innovation to keep things moving forward
