Thanks. I think it'll look tougher than I am!

It’s great dirt road armor, helps with animals and bolts on easily. If you like the look then it should be an easy choice. There are better options if you’re gonna wheel it but perfect for a shopping cart that runs out and hits the front of the truck. They usually still bolt to the frame so it’s more than you have now. Plus his has a light bar in it!

That's my thinking, and it's a great "deal". It does bolt to the frame, and I'm at least a couple years away from explaining the need for armored bumpers. I'd like to be winch equipped, but that goes with those next steps.

We have a couple crews heading to Florida to stage up for the hurricane approaching. As it stands only 2 crews from the location I work will be going. But if increases in strength.... they may be sending more crews.

An envelope from the FCC was sitting on my stand when I got in the door.... Inside was the station license.for GMRS. Probably end up using it as much as I have my General class ticket...

But ... why not get it and have the option

That would be astoundingly wonderful! Wish I were closer man, without the projects at home.... I'd likely slow you down anyway.

Son and I are going up on the Sunroom roof tomorrow to reseal (again), and add some armor. It's his first day off, and works until Monday after that. I get to mow by myself on Friday. Should have a second trash can coming tomorrow, so I can continue to dejunk the gararge - have to start making him a bed frame as soon as I can get room and materials cleared. Then, yada, yada, yada.
I hope you are documenting the work with pix!

For any smaller leaks Lexel is awesome stuff. A bit pricey but it will last and keep you dry.

Oh, we will be putting down another coat of white 10 year aluminum roof seal over the whole 10 x 20 approx roof. There are no cracks in the surface, and the leaks happen oddly down the interior seams - no obvious cause - but when it's windy, that's when we see it. So, I am putting some of that Butyl sealer I put in the truck into the seam of the original roof overhang, and the add on roof. I have brushed extra seal into that overhang before - but this rubber seal should do it. I hope!

Kinda is good enough for the "film at 10!" You have a young memory, and describe the gruesome details to the others going down that road!
