    A few.
Why not start recommending 3/4 ton full size trucks. I mean people are trading in tacomas for fullsize trucks and station wagon suvs. Sounds like the real problem is some people dont no what they want.

Based on OP’s concerns, I would recommend the Ridgeline.:rofl::rofl:

Really think you should consider a Ridgeline like someone above recommended.

    You won’t like the Tacoma.

I heard the Ridgeline forum loves to discuss shaft vibration.

    Go with a Chevy.
In hindsight, thats what I should have done.
The Tacoma has a piss-poor combination of high revving passenger car engine coupled to a transmission thats geared for a deisel.
It will never drive right with this fucked up mismatch.

Ask the dealer about the TSBs that were posted.

I don’t know if vehicles have to be personally owned before a TSB can be applied or if it will show up in the Toyota system. You could run the VINs through the website below for S&Gs...

Toyota will say is normal
JK! I believe that what you experienced is actually normal for the 3rd gen tacos. It is the self injector cleaning.

No driveline vibrations for me or motor shake when parked. I currently have 63k miles on mine, it's a great truck. I loved my '08 and '09, but love my 3rd gen more. Good luck

I'd rock that SOB all day everyday. Would make a kick ass hunting rig. Weatherproof storage for gear, guns, and bows. Lash game animals to roof rack. Probably even enough room inside to sleep. Yup, would make a damn fine hunting vehicle!

Were you running the A/C?? I do notice that my 3rd gen idle is really low, and tends to be a bit on the shaky side, but given 50-100 more RPM it is smooth as can be... I imagine this is for MPG's idling in traffic..

After driving two of them and they both did the same thing, a Off Road and PRO, the salesman says, "they all vibrate a little" and the power surge is how it is supposed to work. I am losing my faith in Toyota fast.

The whole thing is, it gets perfect smooth and can't feel the motor running, then shake. I was sitting at the stealership waiting for the stalesman when it did after a long time sitting.
