That LSU game was as depressing as every other game last year.

I think I felt, for a second, some excitement in the first half. Lost it rather quickly in the 3rd.

Under Miles, in 2 or 3 years, recruiters won't even consider LSU.

    I filled it with awesomeness

It took everything I have to come back to this thread after that debacle. That was the worst football game I have ever seen from a D. I team. Absolutely embarrassing. But I figured I had better come back and eat my crow and get it over with :boom: :help: :crapstorm: :goingcrazy:  :annoyed:

I didn't get to watch too much football but I will admit KSU looked good against UCLA, and of course Bama rolled, Nebraska handled Western UK like they should, and FSU did what they were suppose to. I can't believe Oklahoma only won by a TD over Utah State. FSU might have a shot at beating OU next week @OU. That'll definitely be a good game to watch.

So go ahead and pile it on. I'll be surprised if KU wins 4 games this year. Hopefully we can stay within 50 of NU and stay within 40 of KSU :(

    Sadly I agree.

Utah went up & down the field on that defence...at will.

Ponder & his crew may have a field day come Sat.

Don't worry too much about it. I did the same thing the summer before my freshman year at Alabama. We were the defending SEC champs and we were pre-season #3. I traveled to UCLA to watch the first game of the season... we ran the opening kickoff back for a TD, but the season went to shit after that. We went 3-8 that year. The coach resigned before the end of the season. The whole thing sucked.

I learned that year not to beat my chest too loudly until some results are in, at least.

Any Ole Miss fans out there? (I understand if you're not willing to show your face.)

Some of the comments here are laugh-out-loud funny. Rebel fans are losing their shit after losing to a D-2 school.

Also... Is anybody else pulling hard for Va Tech tonight? I'm SO SICK of the Boise State hype. I'd love to put an end to that crap early this year. GO HOKIES!

I'm also pulling for Va Tech. I like Boise St, but I'm sick and tired of hearing about them needing to be in the national championship game!

I'm actually kinda pullin for Boise St. Kinda. I don't really care one way or the other. If they can actually pull it out, they might be legit. I've been wanting them and TCU to have quality opponents so we can see if they're for real or they just play crappy teams (which is my - and the rest of the nation's - assumption), and this is one step in that direction.

People who want the BCS to fall apart want Boise St. to win, and I understand that. I'm one of those people most of the time. If there are two undefeated teams (Boise St being one) at the end of the year, and the SEC champ has one loss and goes to the NC game over Boise State, there will be PLENTY of people who say the system of broken. It might even lead to a +1 kindn of fix, or something.

BUT... As a fan of a NC contender and SEC team, I don't even want to CHANCE that an undefeated Boise State gets into the big game over a 1-loss SEC champion.

    Again, GO HOKIES!!!!
