Ya I bought a cts after they first came out. Car was pretty luxurious (in 2004). Drove that thing like a baby. Washed and polished it so many times I'm surprised the paint didn't come off..... thing blew the trans before 90k and the rear end shortly after. I never even spun the tires in the over priced shiny piece of crap.

I really like the CTS-V... but you're right... "GM products suck ass"... never again for me......
Unless it's an old school chevelle with a turbo ls swap :p

Once, when I was very poor, I had a 69 Chevelle SS 396. Really wanted to get that thing on the road, but, sadly the plant I was working in closed, and I was suddenly unemployed. Had to sell the Chevelle. Would love a 65.

I'm sure it's comfortable and probably fun to drive, but I wouldn't trust it once it's out of warranty and things start breaking or stop working. I'll stick with Toyotas.

I'm considering heading up to Lake Sterling on Saturday for camping and fishing. Might hit one other spot for a night before coming home Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning.

Friend of mine in high school had a '67 Chevelle. He swapped the 283 for a 327. We spent a lot of our senior year cruising around in that thing. :burnrubber:

I had to grow up a little today and I posted one of my babies for sale. I have had this thing for 16 years! My soul is dying. I just dont ride it anymore because I dont need someone turning in front of me etc. and widowing my wife/getting my kid a new daddy.

shouldnt be too bad. Pulling the fender takes 5 min and then just tape up the snorkel and see if the glass will be able to cover the big part of the snorkel or not. Possibly notching the corner ear off the glass for the snorkel to pop though.
