Just a couple small raised beds this year.

 

This I planted too soon as well

 

It’s my best one yet though

 

More grapes. They are fully ripe now. this is the second bowl today. I had my wife take some to work.



There are still a lot more left.



I have to pick them soon though because the birds are hitting them pretty hard and making a mess on the spa cover.

 

I plucked a bumper crop this evening!

 

I’m now thinking they are jalapeños. Somebody must have mixed up the tags before I bought the plants ​

Smoke 'em then grind 'em. Best pizza peppers and all over seasoning ever

 

they might be mild, you never know until you taste one. you could always give them away...

jalapeno has a little flavor I dont like in jelly, I like habanero, just dont use as much. Its got heat but not that jalapeno flavor. Just my preference though.

 

true, jalapenos are pretty directly acidic, habaneros are very fruity with lots of actual flavor, especially the reds & yellows. i got a bottle of this a few years back and it was the most flavorful hot sauce i ever tried. https://yellowbirdsauce.com/product/habanero-condiment-19-oz/

 

nothing real close to me, most is over an hour drive...I'll have to order online.

 

as you can guess that bottle lasted like a year or so. worth the fridge space IMO.
