The only dimension that I am worried about is the 20" that will need to be available between the front of the bed, and and the closest mount of my bed bars. I will need to measure that, and see if I have enough slack for the high lift and Maxtrax to still bolt to the bed bars. I'll measure and ponder as soon as I get home this evening (around 5), and let you know.

 

I’ve definitely noticed more trucks used for law enforcement. I know when I lived in stafford I saw a ton of f250s with blacked out windows, hidden lights and bed caps. I always assumed they were FBI or some type of SWAT team since stafford has the FBI academy on quantify and the FBI facility of 17 I think.

 

You been to natural bridge?

 

I live near the east coast k9 training facility for DHS. We get trucks like that from all over the country, with either outta state tags or govt plates.

 

Reddish knob, blue ridge parkway, skyline drive are all good ones. I’m assuming they will all be busy. I think this is the first weekend since classes started at JMU so Reddish might be busy.

The new spy museum just opened up next to my office in L’Enfant, it is way bigger than the old one and super modern. Haven’t been inside yet. I’m guessing all museums will be busy this weekend though.

Skyline drive is great. If you go the speed limit and stop at every stop, itll take around 6 hours to go from front royal to Waynesboro

DAMN now I have to make a trip up (the wife hasn't been through it, let alone walked the national mall since she was in grade school) and add that to the list before we have this baby girl later this year!
