No noises in this truck yet but there were a whole bunch of them in the Yota.

I did the F1 league a few years ago. Its really fun. Longer races, good competition. and for the season finale they opened up the garage to connect both tracks. worth it for sure.

Not sure on how much time you gave him to respond but he might be busy.
I would wait a couple days and send him another PM.

    Howdy fellas,

Question: A coworker has a 2010 DCLB and is looking for bed racks to haul around a couple of kayaks. He has a roll up tonneau cover which apparently is a problem with racks. Anyone know of a system that'll work with a tonneau cover? He doesn't want one on the roof.

Jeff what a nice house! Glad to see you didn't do any big damage to it.

I would say do the hitch carrier things that just extend the bed basically. Not sure if it will fit width wise with two though in the bed.

Is he opposed to getting a new tonneau? I know there are a few rack systems that work with their own tonneau cover. Bakflip and Retrax both make systems that allow you to use their tonneau cover with their rack system.

There's also the Back Rack systems. They make a mount that is specifically made to allow the use of a tonneau cover and add the back rack. Then he could just run the kayaks diagonally from the back rack to the tailgate.

Unfortunately, most of the stuff made specifically for the Tacoma all mount to the bed tie down system. On a full-size, it's easy to find a rack that mounts to the bed stake pockets and a tonneau that mounts in-board. It's a little more challenging on the Tacoma since they all want to use the same anchor point.
