Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I have one. Pros- bigger then stock box by at least 3x, average thief has little chance of breaking in to it. Cons- hinge rod tends to get rusty in an open bed (spraying with lube will prevent this).
I used mine for tow straps, jumper cables, hitch and to lock my truck keys/money up while going for a run. Plenty of room for more crap. I have since pulled it out in anticipation of a high clearance bumper. Any specific questions ask away

Going to bash on the pinch weld on my 1st gen this weekend. Did a ton of searching on the forum and AdventureTacos pinch weld mod DIY.

Open beer have a few sips. Beat with Big hammer, and or cut off wheel and Crescent wrench. Seal it up with underbody sealant then use the heat gun to form the plastic to the body followed by more beer.

Any extra tips so I don’t F*ck it up?

Spotted a neighbor sweeping floors at a local McDonald's 1 day, asked what's up, "got board, nothing to do at home".

 

That's what my mom did. Retired, got bored, works at hallmark to keep her busy. Only so much you can do at home when all the kids moved out.

 

I had one of those contraptions when I had surgery on my foot. Nice and cool.
