Mine were leaking too. Dealer price is about $250. One day I went to the junk yard and found one almost new, price was around $15. Just 3 or 4 10mm bolts; very easy to remove and reinstall

 

Too much rust. Cannot RnR.

Why can’t anyone understand that?

Anyone sell them aftermarket? Going to have to cut them off. May just remove them since people in the back don’t need heat anyway

 

There is Port discovery in Baltimore City, the Aquarium or the Science Center too, but maybe since you are south, just a day at the DC Zoo would be nice for a 1 year old. It would tire them out too.

 

Would you manage the site? Is that easy for you to do once it's up? I am thinking a pin would be cool with an area map but then also when you roll over or click the pin you would see the Members Name, and possibly a Pic of either the Members Vehicle or a pic of the Member (I will use a pic of my member for sure ) or both.

 

Just bypass them at the control valve, there’s a thread on t4r.org ,might also be one on4runner.com

I bypassed them and just left them

 

Same length as the moogs i found for $35

Stick a bolt in the line or what? Put some caps on them?

 

I just bypassed when I did not have a replacement part. No big deal

 

You need about 6” of I think 3/8” ID hose

 

I can’t get a good pick right now but will tomorrow

Awesome. I want to loop it at the top, cut out the hard lines and loop them at the bottom. Because the hard lines are toast

 

Still working. Patch work is almost done.

Just gotta finish it up in the morning and start descaling and painting everything

 

I told you I have some extra chromoly steel

 

I had enough 3/16 angle iron and flat stock laying around to do it so we banged it out tonight. Just gotta grind and clean things up tomorrow.

Then, i plan to wire brush the whole frame and paint/undercoat it. May use POR15 or something similar. Have not decided yet.
