    I work a lot too... kids are a legit excuse though. There are no real rest days with kids.

    Still coming down. 173 this morning. Feel good. No hanger yet. Sitting at 175P/65F/205C right now. “Cardio” is still at 10k steps/day.

    Yea they’re no fun. Felt a little tight, but OK overall. I’ll go a little heavier next time and hopefully be back at 450+ in the next few months

    My only issue with home gym is it’s in the garage and it’s not insulated so it’s hot as fuck. I had to cut my workout short yesterday afternoon cuz it had to have been 90 in there and i just couldn’t do it anymore. Otherwise I much prefer working out at home. It takes out the “ I don’t want to drive to the gym” out of the excuses. Hah

    Depends on what you BF% is. Normally dropping a percent in a month is pathetic if the goal is to cut.

    If you are 200lbs 1% is about 2lbs.
