I took the bumpy road in to work today and never saw the tire wobble even once. No noises from it whatsoever. The thing is a bomb shelter!

Triple sticks are in. I'll hack the FJ case and install these in a few days. I need to get the rear bumper all cleaned up and re-painted.

I should do the front bumper too while I'm at it...

@DiamondW - those twin sticks I have need a new home now....

I'm going to do it a different way. Going to shove some oil soaked rags into the shifter hole and dremel-cut it with the shop vac running next to the dremel. Should be fine. I'll let you know how it goes, seems like it should work just fine though and if I screw up and get some shavings in the TCase I'll end up cracking it open to clean it out anyway. This way I might not have to.

That does sound like a good plan. No need to open it up until you gotta swap the input shaft. Didnt realize there was so much grinding that had to be done to get the triple sticks to work. Will be such a badass setup though when it's done!!

    That’s sweet.

:laugh:I may or may not be shopping right now. I went down a bit of a rabbit hole researching how to build the slider boot like we talked about already. Gonna be a little tricky with doubles, but a standard boot it always a fallback.

I’ve found a few possible factory donor possibilities. Plan is to plastic weld them together and then to my console, then hydrodip the whole assembly. I think it doable for sure.
