@weldertaco That girl is pretty big!

Unless you’re into serious body building, that’s a bit too much mass even for the average guy.... but, again, it all comes down to personal preference. I hear your message though.

Shiiitttt. I don’t want my wife to be built at all. I like the jiggle and to squeeze her lol. I love em thick. Not huge like some dudes. But I like some thighs and love handles and a booty that jiggles for a second if you pop it lol.

But I’m just saying that if she can go out and get gains every day then so can we

Well... I'm not sure, but that's more muscle than you see on 99.?% of exercising women so...

    And damn!

Serious question for anyone who's been at this for years or who has put on any amount of lean mass...

I gained about 23 lbs in the last year. I was 167, now 190lbs (6'1) and I know it's mostly muscle. I'm noticeably bigger, but of course not huge. Still rather skinny. Anyways I "feel" my chest and upper/mid back pretty much all the time. At first I figured it was tightness, now I'm wondering if it's my slightly bigger size that I'm feeling. I have felt it almost all the time for the last 6 months or so.

What experiences have you all had along these lines? Is this just the bigger mass in my upper body? Has anyone had this and is it prob just me getting used to an additional 23 lbs of body, or is it tightness (inflexibility?) and I may need to stretch a little? Legs have noticeably grown too (quads and glutes mostly) but not as much, and I don't feel them in the same way. Any other possibilities?

Also, either way, does it go away and you just feel "normal" after awhile?

Could be in part too b/c most women believe any kind of weights will make them bulk up like mad..which we all know isn't true.

Eh, my preference is not really limited with size. I've dated girls so heavy I couldn't get my arms around em and girls so skinny they'd blow away in a wind.

Yeah, but even lifting women don't get that big 99.9% of the time. Usually a lot softer, less size, a lot less definition, etc. I've looked this up a fair amount. Still, I'm just a guy online, not really in that world and don't know everything about it so... ?

Same, but I would reckon that is at least one reason. My wife thinks the same thing..

There are a couple girls at my gym that big, well not in the legs and thighs but they have some massive shoulders and arms.

Detached garage. Can’t do AC. Im in a townhouse and the garages aren’t fully separated either. There’s like a 1ft gap at the top of the sides so it’d be a waste.
I was just working out more haha. Wasn’t trying for anything and just dropped.
No it’s just the one. It’s a line of garages and I’m in the middle

That’s how I found out my preferred type.

Have dated 250+ ones and one that was 95lbs soaking wet lol.

I got a sweet tooth so thicker than a snicker is life.

But still massively give credit to the women who lift. Like that little firecracker alyssa ritchey who is an Olympic lifter for the USA but is only like 4’10 lol. Or even big ole swole chicks like the previous posted. It takes a lot for us men to get into fitness and lifting and I imagine it’s way harder for the women. Dedication is awesome.

Oooh that's a toughie. I guess you could use one of the portable ones maybe but I suspect you already thought of that.

    Well done sir.
