    Just got it back,

    BTDT!

Grab a ruler and drill two holes in them, one to put a bolt through and another 2.5" away that you can put the end of a sharpie in. Run the bolt end along the inside of the fender and trace the factory lines with that, works great

I’m thinking 2 1/4” on fender and 2” on flare. Seems about right. I kinda wanna hide the fender cut. By over lapping the flare a whisker. Am I correct. Or am I missing something like you can sandwich the two together in the edge trim. I had it stuffed in there pretty good last night and it was just touching the liners. I have 34s” and have been following the 35 protocols. Figured I should ask at least one time before I go ahead and do what I think is right.D9EBA21E-B6DE-4145-803A-46D6B891E68A.jpg

looks like a good starting point. I went more aggressive with mine. Are you making your own fill plate or did you buy a coupe from one of the vendors? that's really going to be your gauge as to how much more you need to take off.

But @JimSnell is pretty spot on. Happy cutting!

That would be my first guess. That shit usually ends up in either the strainer or oil filter.

This was from my tacoma 6 years ago. After changing the oil a few times but also after wheeling on it. Also that’s the actual oil pan

An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
I would say you crossed over the line into the land of too many! Maybe cut open the oil filter to see what that looks like.

    Check My Sig.
Hey all. The GF and I are taking a flight up to Seattle tomorrow for the holiday weekend. Figured I'd post up and see what was, if anything, was going on in the area while we are up there. Unfortunately I wont have the truck to do any wheeling in but I do like beer if anyone wants to meet and share stories.

Same guy just trespassed on the property. Blocked his truck in with a backhoe, his brand new 2020 Silverado is now sitting in the impound lot.
