I wanted to see how easy debadging would be( I had about 20 minutes before drinks/ dinner with friends ) .... 8 minutes later and the V6 is gone. The rest of the comes off tomorrow.
I used Googone, paper towels to dab the adhesive, water and microfiber towel. 98EFEFC9-44AF-4AF2-B4ED-AFD0E505170A.jpg1DCBA1E1-E291-4085-AF67-890B408CA819.jpg90B58642-F78A-4DBE-9C83-7B15EEB43230.jpg

It's really about commitment and the love of the taco, not my talents as a drinker...

Bed stiffeners installed. It's not a tough job, but don't think you can get it done quick in the direct sun and never, ever get one of the stock spacer washers stuck between the bed and the frame. Ask me how I know this.

I know what you mean about losing those clips for the sail panel. Lost some myself. Found it best to take them off the door and attach to the panel when putting the panels back. If you leave them on the door and push the panel back in some of them will get pushed all the way through the door and fall down on the inside of the door and disappear. :annoyed: Had to order extras myself. Removing the boot to run the wire is a great tip and I used an old wire clothes hanger. Ran the wire about 4 inches up the wire wrapping it as I went then used a lot of tape to insure it didn't come off. Got lucky and got both sides through the first time. @FranksGotTacos, great tips. Didn't mean to hijack your response, just thought I'd add some info since I did the same install.
