    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    Get their install kit too. Has premixed solution, razor, etc. Clean your glass with rubbing alcohol and if needed a razor too to get it perfectly clean.

    Hey y’all,

    My brother is going to be making the cross country drive from Sacramento to South Carolina in his Tacoma.

    He will be in the Midwest for a couple days on 9/27 and 9/28. He’s wanting to hit up some mild trails in the area.

    He’s been off road in CA but is still on stock tires. He’s got suspension sorted (Billy 6112 and 5160) but no armor or upgraded tires.

    Got any ideas for overland-y tracks we can run for a couple days? Would love to have a few guys out as well if you know the area. I’ve run some stuff in RRG/DBBB that is not stock tire friendly.

    I haven’t been to TN yet, but now is as good a time as any...

    Will post in the Ohio thread too for all those buckeye monkeys... jk guys, love you...

    That’s not a park. Look it up. Riding costs nothing. Camping is like $3 or something.

    There is a park there (turkey bay) but there are miles and miles of service roads.

    I stand 100% corrected. I’m not sure why I thought it was a park.

    Thanks for the tip, I’ll keep it on the list of possibilities! :thumbsup:

    @slander @Snowy
    I ran up on some of your fellow statesmen today. It was really unusual seeing two decked out tow rigs from IL here in my little town. One of them had lost a wheel bearing on their trailer. I stopped to offer assistance.

    Anyway, one had a sweet XJ on 40s and the other had something in an enclosed 5th wheel. Said they were heading to windrock for the weekend. Also said they didn’t claim you Chicago people. Haha. Told them that was fine and thatI’d claim you both. They were from Champagne.

    Yea everyone hates chicago. This is a weird state, its gun toting farmer hillbilly and then chicago and the cities surround it. I live in the city to farm land transition area. It's also weird because out of the 11hrs it takes me to get to harlan, 6 of that I'm in illinois, fuck this is a long boring place. Hell when I get gas in the southern tip of the state it's a bunch of damn carters running around and I cant understand wtf anyone is saying.
    "Ifin yall gonna park at the fuel waller yall best be movin awn quick like" wtf where am I???

    Iowa was weird when I went to the black hills a few years ago to wheel, I actually quite enjoyed the drive through there. We took back roads and went through there late afternoon/early evening and being in the middle of absolute no where was kind cool.

    I was talking about the drive through IL to get to IA. Didn’t see much of Iowa. Just Davenport and muscatine.
