    The lens is a 50mm f1.8 i bought from a member here, I have a D5o0o with NO focus motor in the body, This fucking thing is a bitch to get a sharp focus in dark situations:eek:, 2/5 shots are in focus.

    I have the same lens. It's good for low light condition. D5000 was my first choice and actually bought it but returned it the next day as the no motor was the turn off.

    You mean higher f stops:p Maybe raise the iso a step or two.
