    Well, camping this weekend is a bust. For anyone who it might concern, that big ass campsite along the South Fork Stanislaus River, where MJ organized that TW trip back in July 2017 is now inaccessible. Looks like FS felled trees and piled brush to block any ohv access. :(

    Yep, had my gaia route from last time too so I knew exactly where it was supposed to be. No go.

    Appreciate the offer, but we threw in the towel and made the three hour drive back home.

    Damn, with that much driving one-way, I would have tried to find another spot up there somewhere.... that’s nuts! Sorry to hear though. Nothing worse then thinking you are about to ball out at a cool spot and it’s blocked.

    That's pretty much what I'm doing tomorrow. I'm going to check out a specific area at Lake Sterling, but there's no guarantee there will be an available spot to camp. Gotta have a plan b and c.
