Such a great addition. Best ~$100 I’ve spent on the truck yet.

The irony of this is, the guy that I bought the prinsu rack from told me this would happen

If I remember correctly, "you're going to try to drill the weather stripping like the rest of us but you're gonna fuck it up and end up cutting it square instead of messing with drilling out holes"

This is why I’ve held off on the rack addition (FYI the uptop or prinsu)...in that order.

The non functional hood scoop bothers me...and I don’t even have one.

    It's complicated.
If I were you, I'd weld those sliders to the frame. A few 1" - 2" weld sections will keep the thieving scumbags away. Some people on TW have reported their bolt-on sliders being removed in the middle of the day & night.

I ordered a set of RCI bolt-ons, and I'll be doing that as well.

I put an ARE shell on a few weeks back with the internal HD frame and have been going back and forth on bed stiffeners. Don’t really want to drill and install them if not necessary. The place that did the install moves a lot of shells and said no need for them but still wonder.

That sucks. At least it's only the door, rocker panel looks ok.
    Someone? That really sucks!

Nice that it wasn't a crash and dash. Lots of cameras around these days but I'd like to think honesty had more to do with it than cameras.

I was able to do my HID light kit, LED fog lights and replace my grill with the Toyota Pro grill and add in the amber raptor style lights. I got the lights from retrofit source, the grill and amber lights from Toyota Pro Shop. The HIDs are 6500k. I’m pretty happy with the end result. Here are some before and afters:
