Well I think I fixed the clunking on my truck by removing the sway bar, but then I snapped a bolt head reattaching my ifs skid.

 

Success!

Moved my front spring hangers out to fit the perches on the D60.



Don’t mind the janky shackles. They’re temporary until I make some different ones.


Here what it used to look like... you can see rather then moving the hanger out properly he just made some goofy misalignment shackles using spacer. Sketchy on the road.


Also have a front driveline now! Almost quarter wall tubing

 

This project is taking way longer than I hoped for. Wish I still had a shop to go to and work on this lol

I exited at Cisco Grove, so it wasn't that bad.

 

It's hard not to like 1st gens; last of the compact pickups. No doubt I'm gonna miss it, especially when things get tight (on the trail).
