    Just picked this up at the post office and installed it as soon as I got home. This thing is amazing. SO happy I got it. Still have a lot to learn about it but I know it's going to come in handy.

    Got mine yesterday. Haven't decided where to mount just yet. Did go through the setup and created a couple of xgauges to show distance to empty and time to empty. Getting ready to go across the county thought those might come in handy. So where did you all end up mounting?

    I mounted mine on the steering column for now. I might end up moving it but I kinda like it where it is. I was thinking of putting in in the space right below the temp controls but for now it is on the steering column.

    Yes they are backlit and you can change the color too. And yes you can switch it to metric. For the price it is a very good buy.

    If you had any plans on buying the BlendMount for the ScanGuage ($49), you can buy the ScanGuage II and the Blendmount together for $189 from MGT MotorSports. That's only a couple dollars more than if you bought them separately and the ScanGuage through the group buy.

    Of course, this is assuming you can't get in to the group buy.... :)

    They make a mount where you can put it above the rearview mirror. It is called Blendmount. I have had it mounted there for about 6 months with no problems. :)

    I like the idea of all the info it provides, but they sure are fugly! Too bad they could not make them look like they were manufactured this century. I had a radar detector in 1989 that was more ergonomic....

    I've only had this for a few days. It is great. I have not got the chance to calibrate the gallons. I am waiting for my gas to be about 1/4 empty (then I can fillup). Then I will adjust the gallons.
