    My 16 year old is WHY I have the 24 year old Taco.

    It’s “her primary driver” ...
    $70/month insurance
    $35 property tax.

    Pays for itself in 1.5 years on insurance alone compared to the 09 xB, & in 6 months over the 15 Dodge Dart & Fusion we also looked at. Including property tax ... the truck saves us enough that it can be parked & pay us!

    (4 cars, 3 drivers- Miata is “collectable” 2 door sedan, xB is my primary & is a “station wagon,” wife has the new Pacifica (more than all the rest combined), & daughter listed in the Taco.
    Actual- I drive Taco (24 years old) & Miata (30 years old), daughter in xB (11 years old) wife in van (2 years old).

    The local State Farm guy *suggested* the insurance listings!!

    Great thing about small towns ...
    Daughters are friends, sponsors my son’s sports team & is s fan of my son, & known my wife for decades.
    Edit- I asked him about insurance ramifications with the “finalists” for getting a car so she could drive & not have to have 360,000 mile 30 year old sports car as my only way to get to work (parts available, but often have to shipped- causing days to a couple of week for any repairs).
    It made the decision REALLY easy.

    Speaking of grills, is there anywhere that will make a custom lpg hose for you? I can't seem to find anywhere that does. Do gas providers offer that service if you're not using their company for gas?
