Does anyone here like chrome bumpers? It seems like I always hear people saying they wish it was color matched or black plastic.

 

Yup. I don’t get it either, but what do I know. Probably just cheap for them to put on there.

 

Nope, its heritage, chrome bumpers have been part of the Sr5 / Off Road package for generations, both are plastic, I doubt painted / chrome cost any different for Toyota.

 

I want to trade my ORP 4Runner in on a 20 Taco in similar trim. The updates make this truck very appealing to me.

My question is, do you think voodoo blue will trickle down to the off road trim level as TRD Pro colors have in the years prior?

If the Tundra is any indicator (the 20 builder is live) Calvary and voodoo will be available.

 

I have a spec sheet for an OR in Voodoo Blue.

What’s the average amount dealers go below MSRP? I’ve searched some threads here and observed 10-15%?

I’m sure it won’t be much as the new ones hit the lot.

 

It's not usually so much a factor of "% below msrp" as it is a "$ over invoice". When a refreshed year rolls out, good dealers in good areas will normally go in for $500 over invoice, where the previous years can usually be had in the range of $500 under.

 

$485 for the LED Headlights with a black bezel. Yes the LED DRL are included. These are 2 separate things.

 

That makes sense. Whats the best resource to find actual invoice pricing?

Trucar used to be, but my understanding is they have shifted to be more of an ally for the dealers

But you also don't have to buy a truck from them.

I wish I could be more specific, the sheet only said Premium Audio. I didn't think to ask, just assumed it was JBL

 

On the 2020's, there is a package for $2295 which is a 'premium' package less the moonroof and leather. It includes dual zone climate, JBL audio, dynamic NAV and some connected services features.

 

My dealer is @ $300 over invoice for the 2020's or roughly 5% below MSRP if you back into it. They are a one price dealer with whom I placed my order yesterday. The truck is 8 weeks out.

I am SO in. I don't care either way for/against leather, but I am definitely against having a moonroof, but I like the rest of the stuff.

FYI, for an offroad, its package code 'EE'. I'm with you on being able to get this stuff without the moonroof. I will be adding it to my allocation order along with tech package and LED headlights. I'm also springing $415 for the blackout package but fuck it I guess - I'll have it straight from the factory as such.

 

They need to launch the builder. I’m curious what all is entailed in the black out package
