Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Thanks... Sorry, I guess I had seen that explained before and put it out of mind. I want to paint over all the chrome inside (more to eliminate glare than for the looks) and I know it's going to be a big pain in the posterior.

Probably because of that Cat 5 bearing down on y'all, but if I know your S. Louisiana kind (and I do), that shizzle is just a reason to party...

Well, you can buy them on Ebay or Amazon but why not make your own out of your own shell casings?
The only hard part is finding nylon or metal valve stem covers that fit inside whatever caliber you have. Just glue them in.
I have some made from 9mm and a few from 40's.

At least @2Up-2Down doesn’t have to wear a Stetson and spurs. :D:boink:

Fire desk, range control? That’s the perfect post mil career!

I've heard "we are basically infantry" but I've never heard "we are basically cav." ;)

I do have to wear those things unfortunately... Im an Infantry officer in a Stryker unit under a cavalry name. Every we wear them Friday to show esprit de corps and unit pride. Dumb stetson.:(

I don't "have to", I choose to....especially to bed ;). Indeed, not a bad post mil job for sure, but after 14 years of this, I'm ready to get a 2025 Tacoma and put all that high speed camping shizzle on and not have to worry about what day of the week is.

Lol, I've never ever said, we're basically Infantry, but I do get our roots are 11 series. Changed us to 19 to give the tankers some self respect. :rofl:2nd CR? That was my unit in Iraq when it was still Cav. Not a fan of allowing folks not 19 or for officers (12 I think it is/was?) (to include females) wear it, but I get the historical legacy part of it. I wish they'd just retire the unit and designate y'all Infantry like you should be, then you could rock all the "Cavalry blue (shudder)" you want. Thank you for your service! o7

Oh trust me, I can find plenty, from my own use, and hell, pretty much anywhere where I work. I was wondering how they were put on and now I know. I'm on the hunt! I'll post when I actually do it. Thanks!
