OK.... Waiting on my daughter to get here. Her and Sandy hauling me to hospital. Having a hard time breathing. Much pain seems to be lungs. Heart rate and bp both ok.

I have to admit.....Scared as hell at the moment.

I'll get word back to Y'all when we know something.

    Happy Mid-Labor Day weekend everyone!

We'll finish up grinding packaging last three batches of caribou sausages this morning. Then I'll nap this afternoon. Back on mid-shift tonight. Start back carpooling with my co-worker I rode with when I was on mids before. He's driving tonight which will help my transition back to night stalker hours. :)

We generally try to avoid the popular spots on holiday weekends and stay home too.

Weren't you just sick...I'm guessing you have fluid in your lungs-walking pneumonia. Stay calm and concentrate on your breathing...which I'm guessing you can't help but do at this point. Thoughts and prayers for your safety Bill.

We make different varieties; this time it's country breakfast, maple, sage, chorizo, sweet italian, and summer sausage. We use seasoning packages from local butcher supply shop and grind in 35% pork. They all taste delicious.

    Good morning.

I took menudo out of the freezer last night but I think I'll have it tomorrow. Paperwork this morning, taking tomorrow off, short week next week.

:hungry: I loved caribou when we had it. I’ll never forget...I had a caribou burger in Anchorage and it was so good that when we went to Talkeetna I ordered another one. My wife ordered caribou tacos. They were absolutely amazing. I may have eaten all her lunch that day. We went back the next day and both had the tacos with a side of garlic Parmesan fries. Then there was a little bakery that had this raspberry cinnamon swirl roll. Man, I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. Awesome trip!!!!
At the time we were watching Ice Road truckers so we thought it would be great to fly up to Prudhoe Bay and take the Dalton Highway back into Fairbanks. We stayed in a hotel trailer in Prudhoe Bay and another one in Cold Foot. The rooms had two separate cots and they had community bathroom/showers down the hall. It was priceless seeing my wife walking down a hall saying hi to the others in just a towel dripping wet.

Again, from beginning to end that was definitely one of my favorite trips!!

Why does your hair get lighter when you put clothes on?? :notsure:
