How do you adjust mirrors on a manual mirror? Just push the mirror how you'd like it?

Also, can a Tacoma with manual windows could use a key fob? Im assuming not.

And for a somewhat reasonable question, has anyone with a regular cab fit a yz250 or any dirtbike in the bed with the bed closed? Or is the tailgate open mandatory. Just used it the other day for a run to the dump with some palm leaves, felt really sketchy standing on the tailgate.

    1) your are correct on the adjustment of manual mirrors, just push on mirror to adjust.
    2) I'm assuming that you don't have power door locks or windows. You can add aftermarket power door locks that can be used with either an alarm fob or non-alarm key fob. Be better to have an alarm installed with power door lock option added to your truck.
    3) If you plan on hauling dirt bikes often, look into a tailgate reinforcement panel such as the ones made by vendors here (Mobtown or Relentless fabrication). The Tacoma tailgates are prone to bending when loading heavy items.

If your Tacoma is a regular cab, then you have a 6ft bed. Dirt bikes should fit a LB with the gate closed. You can even fit 2 bikes back there. Even with the gate down, it wouldn't be a problem with the weight on the stock gate.

Well I dont have a long bed I've got the regular bed. Am I just misunderstanding you?

Also with the tailgate reinforcement. Just looks like a sheet of steel placed where the plastic should be. I have no worries about the durability of toyotas "plastic" Its tough shit.. I just am concerned about the tailgate rods taking the weight.

From what I gather from your initial post, you have a regular cab Tacoma. If this is the case, you have a 6ft bed, same as regular bed. DC Tacomas comes in 2 bed sizes. 6ft (longbed) or 5ft(shortbed). So you are fine with hauling dirt bikes with the gate closed.

It's usually the tailgate that bends, not cable failure. If you take off that plastic cover on the tailgate, you will see why the gate is weak by design. Aftermarket steel or aluminum reinforcement plates is mounted in the place of the OEM plastic cover.

Cut a piece of thick plywood for the bottom of the bed to add support.
